Handmade resin art mushroom pendant containing miniature scene made with tiny handmade polymer clay mushrooms, in a micro macrame setting.
First I make the tiny mushroom models from polymer clay before embedding them in resin to create tiny scenes. I add mylar flakes, glitter, moss, tiny butterfly shaped clay slices, and even a little gold leaf for sparkle and shine.
These mushrooms are actually based on some real life amethyst decievers I found whilst out foraging! They are a very funky mushroom.
This pendant is one and a quarter inches long and is securely held in a micro macrame setting of knotted to my own design. It is threaded onto an adjustable length woven cotton cord with natural amethyst and dyed purple agate beads.
