The two little mushlings are captured in UV setting resin with a perfect miniature 3D scene built up a layer at a time using real moss, twigs, gold leaf, glitter, tiny flowers and butterfly polymer clay slices. These are a labour of love, and they are making me happy because they are really coming out I wanted them to! Such a joy when things go according to plan.
The resin cabochon is a little over an inch and a half long and is tightly secured in a micro macrame setting knotted to my own design. It is threaded onto an adjustable length woven cotton cord with wood, metal and agate dzi beads.
