This little collectors tray is incredibly tiny, and it contains incredibly tiny beachcombing finds like seaglass, shells and sea pottery and fossils. It also contains real opals, and incredible miniature double terminated quartz points and clusters. This little tray is just two and three quarter inches on its longest side.
The fossils in this tray are: a section of fossilised bone (probably ice age), a piece of fossil turtle shell, some fossil shells.
These make me extremely happy! Most of the beachcombing finds are my own, collected around the coast of the Isle of Wight, but sometimes I trade for pieces with other beachcombers . It takes a while to find enough tiny things for these.
