Handmade micro macrame earrings made from two halves of a perfect little ammonite fossil. The ammonite halves are each just over an inch long and the ear wires are silver plated. I don’t get many ammonites which are small enough to make earrings, especially in matched pairs, but hopefully there will be more in the future. This one is particularly detailed and pretty.
These earrings are very light as the ammonite is cut quite thin.
I don’t make earrings that often as they are very fiddly and difficult!
